The 511 Program is designed as a sustainable, long-term change so you can maintain a healthy, active lifestyle for many years to come. The program starts with healthy weight loss, followed by a short transition period followed by long-term maintenance.

Below you will find your specific program based on the setting provided under your account.  As you lose weight or desire quicker results, please update your settings to get the most effective program for your lifestyle.

The first phase of the 511 system is the weight loss phase.  Here we will work together to help you achieve your ideal weight in a healthy, sustainable manner.  Click your Weight Loss road map for details.

The second phase of the 511 system is the transition phase.  Here you will increase your calories and re-introduce some of the items you eliminated suring the weight loss phase.  Transition is recommended to last 30 days.  Click your Transition road map for details.

The final phase of the 511 system is really not a phase but the beginning of your new healthy lifestyle.  By now you understand how to eat better and how foods impact your health.  Details on how to maintain your lifestyle along with tips if you have a detour can be found on the Maintenance road map.
