I fit back into my jeans and no longer have that “fat” feeling. I lost 10 pounds in less than a month that I was not able to do before. I am a 66-year-old woman and I was 150 lbs. I am near my goal weight of 140 lbs after just 3 weeks. I am more energetic and alert now, and I have only occasionally felt hungry on the program.
